4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Ibrew2or3 (5758) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Poured up on tap at the Dunedin Brewery with clear copper body that has some gold hues at the edges and supporting a white head and leaving behind light wispy lacing. The aroma has sort of a sweet hard candy fruit note mixing with some spicy to floral hops and seemingly aged pine hop resin too. The taste is hitting the spot perfectly right now with fairly rich hoppiness that is leaning towards crisp and fresh and just yummy. The hops jump with citrus fruit infused floral-ness and then into a bit of a resin pine hop note. Darn nice stuff that is way too easy drinking. What more do you want in a session beer than all this yummy crisp hoppiness and sessionability. Well done Dunedin!

Very bitter and very sweet. Reminds me of sweet Thai chili sauce. Grapes and grapefruit juice. Very good, complex, sweet.

Poured a cloudy copper color with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, caramel and some biscuits. Flavors are the same, blended together, with a slight citrus rind bitter finish.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 pantanap (3153) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 18, 2012
On tap at the source... Pours a hazy orangey copper hued consistency, somewhat transparent, and topped with a thin creamy white head... Aroma of citrusy fruits, a touch tangerine and tropical fruitiness... Flavors are more of the same with a sweeter presence overall. Minimal citrus hop presence with a little booziness to coincide with the aforementioned. Sweet crystal malt throughout. Ok.

Draft... Hazy, light amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. The aroma furnishes caramel and honey alongside citrusy, vinous notes. Light to medium-bodied with zippy carbonation. The flavor offers caramel and biscuit malts balanced by a modest dose of citrusy bitterness. Short, crisp, clean finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 markwise (3803) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - NOV 14, 2011
Sampled at Cajun Cafe’s Fall Beer Fest 2011. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow-amber with a white head. Nose is some malt character with that awesome Nelson aroma- nose is a fair amount of citrus with the slight lean towards vinous fruit. Flavor is a nice caramel malt backbone behind the Nelson hops. Medium in body, and one of my new favorite Dunedin beers.
