Draft. Cloudy garnet body with minimal off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some orange, peat, light grapefruit. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, some peat, orange/grapefruit. Medium body, light stickiness, low carbonation. IMO, this is much more a Scottish than an IPA.

Draft at the brewery. Pours out a clear, dark amber with no head. Aroma is of caramel sweetness, tropical fruits, light herbal notes and some citrus zest. Taste is sweet upfront, bready malts, caramel, some earthy herbal notes, light tropical/citrus bitterness and another punch of some sweet herbal notes.

On draft at brewery poured an amber color with aromas of caramel, pine, and light citrus. Flavors are the same, caramel and malt play a heavy roll in the flavors with light grapedruit in the aftertaste.
