On tap at the brewery, poured a pitch black color, with aromas of coffee, and vanilla. Taste follows the aroma, and if you wait for it there is a hint of chocolate, with some roasted malts.

Dunedin, Fl - on tap at the brewpub - labeled as N2 Dry Irish Stout. Beautiful nitro billowing pour, dark chocolate looking, mocha colored head. Fresh lake water aroma, some black earth. Some baker’s chocolate in the flavor. a bit of black dirt. Mouthfeel is nice and chalky. Good Guinness clone.

Draught at the brewery on January 30, 2011 As part of a sampler plate As N2 Stout - N2 Dry Irish Stout Clear dark brown color, tan to light brown lasting head. Smooth, sort of sweet at first, roasted, malty taste with a dry roasted finish. Smooth mouthfeel, medium dry bitterness that lingers. Dry, herbal, roasted scent.

Draft @ Brewpub: Black, thick off white head. Nose of dry roast, nice ry thin roasty flavor, creamy mouthfeel and a thin body to accentuate. Best guinness clone I’ve had in a while, which doesn’t make it good.

The nitro helped this one a bit I think. Body made up for flavor. Dry roasted malts and cocoa with some coffee grinds and moss. Odd butterscotch flavor and lingers a bit. Not that bad overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with a super creamy thick dark beige head owing to the nitrogen dispensation. Lovely roasted aroma, thin in body. Exactly to style. Super smooth palate and easily quaffable. Great roasted malt taste.
