UPDATED: DEC 3, 2012 05-10-2012: On tap at L’Amère à Boire. Unclear golden/amber with a small persistent creamy white head and good lacing. Aroma of mango, guava and tropical fruits at first and then floral hops. Taste of tropical fruits and malt with a floral/resinous hoppy finish. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is dry. Very good refreshing IPA. [8-4-8-3-15=3.8] Bottle (341 ml). Hazy peach color with a medium creamy off-white and and heavy lacing. Aroma of herbal tea, guava, tropical fruits and light malt notes. Soft and complex. Taste is also of herbal tea (more present than in aroma), guava, malt, slight caramel and a slight hoppy finish (less than what I remember from the draft version). Body is a bit thin (not watery), but I was expecting it because of the herbal tea. Very good balance and interesting creativity. There’s no doubt that Dunham are now among the best in Quebec for bottled APA, IPA, Black IPA and the list goes on... i’m extremely impressed by their products lately.

Bottle from Peluso. Aroma: Awesome peaches, mangos and other tropical fruits and piney nose. App: hazy orange, no head. Taste and Palate: light body, resin, average carbonation. light-medium bitter finish. Overall: Aroma is just so awesome. Body could be thicker and finish could be a little more bitter but overall it’s a really good IPA from Dunham.

Pours a hazy dark orange with a thin off white head. Nose is sweet tropical fruit yoghurt with tea leaves. Taste is guave, mango and black tea. Finish is a long lingering medium pine bitterness. All wrapped in a grainy malt backbone. Medium carbonation and a silky mouth feel. Nicely hopped IPA that goes very well with the tea and guave additions.

Pours a very cloudy dark orange even tan with lots of frothy head, maybe a bit too much. Aroma is that of peach, papaya and black tea. Taste has a hint of caramel malt with hop finish and some notes from the tea. Overall very good but not a personal favorite.

Pour is cloudy orange; frothy white cap with mild retention/lacing. Nose is orange and grapefruit and peaches, light black tea and caramel malt. Taste is sweet and fruity, with subtle hints of the Earl Grey. Finish is moderately dry with grapefruit/pine. Mouthfeel is slick, oily, moderate carbonation. Very well balanced. Top notch stuff.

[Draught at Vices & Versa, Sep.21] Pours a murky orange-copper with an average size long-lasting fluffy off-white head. Aroma of hops, tea and light vegetal notes. Nice hoppy and refreshing flavour with some fruit, tea and a moderate bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good stuff.

Bottle pour@5e Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse - SO, courtesy of Emmanuel, merci. Deep golden orange pour. Enticing nose of dried mango and gentle grapefruit perfume, bergamot shampoo. Taste has a sourish stone fruit layer over the bolder, leafy Earl Grey bitterness, tying things up towards a dry finish. Alluring composition.
