Cloudy tan with a dense rocky head. Aroma has orange, florals, lemonbalm, and some malts. Fruity, light phenols, hop bitterness and lots of tannins. Long tannic finish...tea is strong but w the bergamot it makes a lot of sense.

A hazed amber IPA with a thin frothy mocha head. In aroma, a smooth grainy malt with fruity esters, herbaceous, light mango notes. In mouth, a smooth herbal malt with grassy and grainy notes, light fruit pulp. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs, Sept 2 2012.

Surprisingly good and tasty beverage. The Earl grey lends a flavourful complexity to the IPA. Hoppy aroma. Above average mouthfeel. Fruity notes and very good drinkability. Lasting head on orange body.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2012 My Bottom Line :
Guava juice blends in perfectly with this IPA’s tropical hop signature, while Earl Grey tea adds an edge that few IPAs have out there. Complex, refreshing and just different enough to stand out.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A sheet of foam tops the light amber haze.
-Bergamot is very harmonious with the chosen hop profile.
-All in all, the flavor profile is nearly balanced.
-Fish satay with rice vermicelli: perfectly harmonious.
-The mouthfeel is fluffy and relatively dry.
-The flavor profile is never too boring not too intense.

Bottles, and on tap at Bières et Saveurs festival in Chambly.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2014 2014-01-17. Hazy orange body nice white head and lace. Aroma is moderate, mix of muddled citrus. Flavour is bitter, moderate tea notes, bit tannic as it goes. First impression is better than the end result. More hops and less tea please. Average bodied palate, mild carbonation. 7/3/6/3/13 Bottle shared by Gorbalev

2013-10-20. Murky dark pastel orange body with a small frothy white head. Aroma is muted, light muddled hops, earthy whispers. Flavour is fairly bitter, kind of astringent citrus character, orange citrus seeds. Average plus bodied palate, some floaters low carbonation. Cask needs to settle out I think. 6/3/6/3/14 Session 3, Cask Days 2013, Toronto

On tap at Vice et Versa, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is heavily floral, with fresh meadows, some citrus and lightly tropical fruity hops, and soft buttery malts in back. Flavour is extremely floral as well, again with fresh meadows, dry zesty citrus hops, some interesting spices in there (perhaps some coriander), and enough malt simply to back without influencing the flavour. Palate is quite creamy and buttery, with a mild hop presence lingering on the finish. Very solid, floral, lightly spicy IPA.
