Cask Days 2013. Pours a murky pale yellow with sediment. I think it is near the end of the cask. Aroma is hoppy is notes of citrus orange, lemon, and a hint of bread. Taste is an earthy bitter with a bit of funk on the finish. Low-medium body and carbonation. Overall not bad. Good orange and lemon citrus notes with a balanced bitter taste. Would try again.

Bottle pour. Golden hay pour with tan head. Nice grassy and herbal hop tones. Clean and fresh hop tones.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2014 Bottle at 7K/5K. Pours orange gold. White head. Nose and taste of resin, tea, guava, pine, orange peel and citrus. Lighter medium bodied. Well balanced.

Bottle at the 11K/7K/5K. A pleasant surprise. Aroma of grapefruit, guava, passionfruit and stinky resin. Pours dull amber with a nice frothy head. Taste is grapefruit, guava, green tea and pine. Great sweet mouthfeel but just enough bitterness to keep it in check. I wasn’t aware there was anything in here, it just tasted like a great IPA. Nice beer.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Fruity hops, moderate bitterness, light flowery notes and a light bitter hoppy finish. A bit more hoppy on the nose than in the flavor.

341 mL bottle. Hazy orange tan with a light white head. Aromas of grain, caramel malt, mango, guava, kumquat, black tea, bergamot, peach. Fruity sweetness, but well bittered, some lingering tannins (presumably from the tea) and a sticky coating mouth feel. Mild to moderate carbonation, creamy on the palate and moderate body. Nice stuff; bonus points for making the tea work so well.

Tropical fruit, mango, herbal hops. Lovely texture, well-rounded crispy brew with deep fruity flavors.

Excellente!

Excellente! Cheers!

Cloudy tan with a dense rocky head. Aroma has orange, florals, lemonbalm, and some malts. Fruity, light phenols, hop bitterness and lots of tannins. Long tannic finish...tea is strong but w the bergamot it makes a lot of sense.
