Bottle. Pours hazy butterscotch, very large off-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is very nice Brett forward, funky, dank basements, loads of oak tannin, hints of dust and black pepper. Flavor is dry, medium clean Brett funk, oaky, fruity and a bit vinous. Medium body, high carbonation. Good.

Bottle from Pangaea, Sacramento. Pours murky blonde with a tiny beige head and a sour apricot aroma. There is a smooth vinous flavor that is mildly sour with some apricot and a woody finish. No sign of Zin. Interesting.

750 c&c shared by Marcus. Pours very hazy orange gold with a strange tinged head. Aroma is sourish orange/peach. Med minus body. Flavor is sourish orange/peach/apricot. It’s very smoothly sour. Gets a bit earthy/woody, and there is a Brett flavor suggestion. It’s really enjoyable.

you cant mess this up. The care and attention of a french canadian brewer. Then a bretted saison aged in zinfandel barrels. WIN WIN. This beer is incredible, great balance between all the nuances and flavors. Lactic, herbal, dry, muddled yeasts. Im impressed.

Bottle... Hazy dirty-orange pour with a fleeting, white head. The nose features herbal and citrus notes accompanied by a small splash of white wine. Light-bodied with jazzy carbonation. The flavor features citrusy grapefruits and tangerines. It’s also, bretty and bready with a white wine-like finish. Bottle courtesy of MartinT!

Pale color a bit of a gusher. Aroma is funky, stone fruit, pepper, wine, cheese, and vanilla. Taste is tart funky and mildly sweet. Soft carb for how much of a gusher i was. Good stuff.

Bottle at the Sovereign. Gusher! Cloudy golden yellow color, massive white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice aroma of dusty overripe peaches, black pepper and rotten fruit scattered around some barnyard somewhere. Taste is softly sour stone fruit with peppery, dusty tannins and rotten grapes. Delicious.
