Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy orangish yellow with a frothy and fizzy offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, white grapes, kumquats, moist wood, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sour, slightly bitter, tiny fruity, herbal and funky with crackers, grapefruit, white grapes, star fruit, kumquats, hay, dry soil, minerals, dry wood, lemon balm, dill, barnyard and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, very tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is very tiny sour and bitter with crackers, grapefruit, grapes, star fruit, hay, dry soil, dry wood, barnyard, lemon balm and lemon zest. Very nice and refreshing. Possibly a bit too bitter which hides the subtle pleasant funk and ruins the sparkling tropical funky complexity.

Bomber. Pours almost clear pale amber with a small off white head. Aroma is malty fruity sweet dill funky sourish. Flavor is dry bretty dill astringent bitter lots of citrus fruits, unfortunately the bitterness takets over the finish a bit too much for my taste.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2015 Update Nov 22nd 2015 : this last bottle isn’t really sour. It feels like a brett Saison. Which I enjoy even more. Aroma is more wild, leather and the finish is bitter, not sour. Old rating: Bottle from Halles St-Jean shared with wife. Aroma: barnyard from brett, red fruits, spices. App: hazy pale small white head. Taste and palate: medium body, high carbonation with light to medium sour finish. Overall: tastes better then it smells. We do get used to the aroma though. Really enjoyed the sour finish. A good sour.

[My bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o Glouglouburp] Gusher! Pours a cloudy golden-orange with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Nice aroma, bretty, floral and herbal along with some hops and citrus fruit. Flavour, also nice, is yeasty, fruity and herbal along with some spice, hops, light funkiness and a long dry, moderately bitter finish. Average bodied. Very good stuff.

Bottle @ The Festival 2014. Somewhat cloudy pale orange pour with a large white head. Some tart citrus and white grape on the nose. Slightly floral and lemony. A bit of cracker and yeast as well. The flavor has a nice mild acidity to it. Floral and zesty. Nice orange and lemon peel. Somewhat bready, actually. Mild oak, white wine, grapes, and some yeast.
