Bottle. Blond pour with a huge creamy white head. Wonderful brett presence, red wine must and danky hops. Taste is also very rustic without being sour. Hoppy bitterness enhanced drinkability and barrel presence adds complexity. Full bodied and lively carbonation. Among the best Quebec wild ales with Saison Reserve, TDD Buteuse, Dulcis and Bretteuse.

Bottle from GRM. Pale yellow with an amber hue, white fluffy head. Grassy, dried grapefruit, I’d say chardonnay and light oak with a pleasant light funk and hint of tartness. Somewhat dry, moderate carbonation and body, enjoyable and fresh.

Bottle at the CMLSG14 cellar tasting. Pours cloudy golden with a thin fizzy white head. Aromas of yeast and lemon zeste. Body and taste are overly bitter.

Bouteille 750 mL. Jaune trouble. Nez léger, un peu citrique un peu d’ammoniac un peu d’houblon floral. Bouche plus expressive, mais vraiment moins agréable: pipi de chat, paille et un fort côté savonneux. Certain sucrosité en finale. Très décevante.

Bottle at tasting. Hazy gold pour with white head. Aroma is really winey, lots of brett, very fruity brett notes, lemony aroma, nice grassy hoppiness as well. Taste is hoppy and winey, fruity winey notes, light fruity brett, tart but not acidic. Palate is light and dry, smooth with medium carbonation. Nice stuff.

Bottle shared at the 2014 tasting in the Cellar of Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of cat pee, weedy hops and light Brett. Flavor is light sweet, light to moderate bitter. Brett coming out a lot more in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Nice brett blend. Do not smell or taste propolis. Mixt of beer and Wine flavours. A bit sour and dry on the end. Very nice

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of tart and sour notes with some light vinous notes. Taste is a wonderful mix between some sour notes with light funky notes with some oak and light vinous notes. Body is about full for style with good carbonation. Nice mix between some drinkability and complexity with balanced level of acidity.

Thanks to GRM for this. Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight tart from the Zin and the brett. Taste is mild tart/sourness, nice sweetness from the brett. Light grain and oak finish it out.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth sour ale with lactic acid notes, cherries, powdery, nice. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with Brett, sour cherries, light buttery notes, nice. Bottle from GRM.
