Bottle. Hazy golden with a large frothy off white head. Nose has fruity barrel notes, honey, grapes, pepper, mild funk. Flavour follows; white wood, grapes, honey, leather, barnyard. Medium body, oily texture, mediums sweet, mild bitter, dry, some astringency and alcohol in the finish. Too astringent and alcoholic, but not undrinkable and boosts ok.

750 ml bottle. Merci beaucoup Timo A! Hazy orange color with a tiny off-white head. Fruity hops, mild tartness, some dry maltiness and cardboard dryness in the aroma. The flavor is dry hoppiness, strong bitterness, malt, cardboardy dryness, citrus and mild sourness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottleshare at Chez Smith. Very hazy deep gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Savoury brett, mildly bitter. Little malt sweetness. A light red wine vibe back in to more bitterish brett. Mild marmalade. Trace of something tropical. Airy semi dry finish. Bretty but plenty else going on, tasty and drinkable.

Body is medium to light, tingly carbonation, a bit foamy. Taste is lemon, apricot, chalky, bretty with a dry finish. Nice bretty stuff. Didn’t get a lot of the wine barrel though.
