Slightly cloudy light orange amber pour with a two finger froth white head. Nose is green apples and brett funk with a good helping of white wine and wood and hints of citrus, tofee, hay, honey, and yeast. Flavour is lightly sweet under a medium dry tartness which is more subtle than the big nose implies. Mouth is slightly thin but with a slightly prickly carbonation and a very dry finish. A nice blend.

750 ml bottle. Thanks to Ajax! Slightly yeasty, Brett aroma with a big white wine barrel influence.

The flavor has a tannic white wine note right up front with a nice yeasty chewy body. The Brett has a very mild funk note that slightly lingers. The texture is light and wonderfully dry. Nice drink.

I bought this bottle and #2 in Quebec City (I think) about a month ago.

A - Slightly cloudy, golden yellow. Could be incredibly beautiful after sitting for a few months.

S - Aroma is very peppery. Honey, clove and even some ginger. Oak presence is slow and a little sour grape.

T - Interesting taste. Lots of belgian yeast, oaky, strange, sort of tannic, high in bitterness. wheat, grain, bread dough. strange.

M - Explosive mouthfeel. chalky finish

O - This was very interesting. Not sure if I’d revisit...maybe with more age?

Bottle shared by dresden back in the summer and also from Pat, thanks guys. Apperance is cloudy yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is lemon, brett funk, oak, and white wine. Taste is white wine, oak, lemon, and light bitterness. Finishes dry, with wine like aftertaste. This is really good, very well balanced, lots of flavour my only compliant would be that the bottle was a gusher.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy orangish yellow with a frothy and fizzy offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, white grapes, kumquats, moist wood, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sour, slightly bitter, tiny fruity, herbal and funky with crackers, grapefruit, white grapes, star fruit, kumquats, hay, dry soil, minerals, dry wood, lemon balm, dill, barnyard and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, very tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is very tiny sour and bitter with crackers, grapefruit, grapes, star fruit, hay, dry soil, dry wood, barnyard, lemon balm and lemon zest. Very nice and refreshing. Possibly a bit too bitter which hides the subtle pleasant funk and ruins the sparkling tropical funky complexity.

Bomber. Pours almost clear pale amber with a small off white head. Aroma is malty fruity sweet dill funky sourish. Flavor is dry bretty dill astringent bitter lots of citrus fruits, unfortunately the bitterness takets over the finish a bit too much for my taste.
