Pour is clear dark golden with a frothy white head. Nose is dank hops with citrus and mango. Incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Long pine bitterness with resinous hops. Light citrus and papaya flavors and a solid grainy malt backbone. Great IPA!

[5926-20131019] Cask. Orange pulp and bitter grains aroma. Hazy, pale orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bitter leafy hops flavour. Medium body. Tasty. (7/3/7/4/15) 3.6

Standard IPA orange with a little hazy and a tan head. Nothing groundbreaking but what you expect. Plenty of exotic tropical fruit on the nose and the tongue. Maybe the fruitiest beer I’ve ever had that wasn’t actually a fruit beer or something brewed with Belgian yeasts. A little bitterness follows this fruit in the aftertaste, but it all has a refreshing sweet malt backing. The taplist at the bar had a few hops varietals beyond the Galaxy. Seriously good, whatever those hops were I’d love to see more of them!

2013-10-19. Murky pastel orange body with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, very pithy grapefruit and lemon peel notes. Flavour is relatively bitter throughout, pithy grapefruit, sweet generic fruit undertones. Average bodied palate, soft to low carbonation. Decent but I think not particularly well served by the cask presentation. Session 1, Cask Days 2013, Toronto

341 mL bottle, as Dunham "Cinq Up," with Gerry Cheevers’ mask on the label. Received in trade from tom10101. (Thanks again, Tommy!) Very pale, almost wit-like. Banana popsicle coloured. Small white head. Very strong (and pleasing) hops in the nose: resin, and hints of both spice and sweet citrus. Rather unique. Largely hops in the flavour, and again it’s mostly resin. Nothing from the malt. Quite bitter, but that’s okay too. An IPA that stands out in a good way like this one is difficult to do these days.
