COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pretty disappointing for Dunham. Had this right after the Lapatt and that makes it even worse. Smells a little malty, very little hops. Taste is very lager-like, very light. Pours orange clear. Some head and some lacing. Bottle from Delires du terroirs.

Aroma: A little caramel at first nose and then after hops are taking over. banana and fruit accents are also in there. Very complex aroma, similarities with wit beers + hop floral accents. Appearance: Generous, long lasting creamy head with marvelous lacing. Color is copper and a little hazy. Taste: Attack is very floral and hoppy. A solid bitterness that is very long lasting. We also find slight citrus accents. A good IPA with citrus notes.

341ml bottle poured into tumbler. Pours a rather dull copper with a minimal head. Aroma is floral hops with some caramel/roasted malts and cereals. Taste has a good and enjoyable bitterness to it, along with some slight sugar content. Palate is where this brew shines the least, as it is rather on the watery side, being only slightly slick. Carbonation is average. Overall a good, but not spectacular IPA. Drank this with fish n’ chips and it was enjoyable. It just doesn’t stand out.

341 ml bottle. Pours a foggy, orangeish blonde with a long-lasting white head. Smells floral and citrusy. Tastes like light, sweet caramel and cereals. Finish is dry, bitter, both herbal and floral, with a touch of citrus. Medium bodied, with a sticky and resinous mouthfeel. Felt like this was excellent, everywhere it went.

A good english style ipa. Lots of fresh goldings, pungent and floral. Solid cereal malt bill to back the hops. High bitterness, and a good piney aftertaste.
