Fusion entre une India Pale Ale américaine et une Ale Belge. Notre IPA Belge combine l’amertume tranchante de l’une aux saveurs florales et épicées de l’autre.

Bottle 355? ml
Aroma honey with bitter hops, clean approachable in character. Bit dry , slight saison like notes.
Appearance slight haze on golden amber look. Lighter beige white top. Sparse lace.3+
Flavor and Palate : Maple syrup, slight tartness , woody hints, bits of clove with hop side. Dry top end. Interesting but not very drinkable.

Bottle 341 ml. Pours dark orange with a lasting white head. Well, they tried to make a mix of a Belgium Ale and an IPA, and guess what? they kind of achieve it! We have here and pretty good and well balanced mix of the fruit and floral aroma of the former and the biterness of the later. Very enjoyable.

341 mL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a one-finger, off-white head. On the nose are grassy hops, straw, pine, Belgian yeast, spice, orange peel, and lemon. The mouth feel is medium-thin with medium carbonation. Taste-wise we have grass, straw, grapefruit, bread malt, rubbery yeast funk, stale gummi bears, and some woody flavours. Finish is long and fruity leaving orange peel, grapefruit, and some bitter hops. Very earthy and grassy, both on the nose and taste-wise. The earthy aromas and citric hops go well with the yeasty Belgian flavours. A solid brew.

[on tap at Vices et Versa] Sweet tropical fruit aroma with some gummi bear and faint banana. Foggy dark yellow under a lasting, white cover. Sweet tropical fruit flavour that becomes quite bitter. Slightly phenolic. Moderately bitter finish, moderate carbonation, light body.

341 ml bottle. Pours a very foggy golden blonde with a persistent white head. Smell is hoppy, herbal. Taste is that of classic belgian yeast, bread. Very nice, persistent hoppy bitterness in the finish. Very weak carbonation, round body. Quite enjoyable!

Bottle (341ml) at Volo. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a massive lasting foamy white head. Lovely aroma of Belgian yeast, a good amount of hops and just the right amount of sweetness. Flavour of Belgian yeast, floral hops, biscuity malt, herbs and a nice bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty good stuff, I quite enjoyed it.

341ml bottle from Peluso.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow. Medium fluffy white head.
Aroma : Yeasty with floral hops. Nice phenols mixed with the fresh hops. A bit earthy.
Taste : Lots of yeast with resinous and floral hops. Finish is quite yeasty with floral hops. Quite bitter and resinous.
Overall : Very nice one. Great mix between belgian yeast and floral hops. Great hop profile on the nose. Sharp bitterness on the finish. A fine belgian IPA.

Bottle - 341ml. Hazy light amber body with a white frothy head. Good hoppy aroma with malty, citrusy, and spicy hints. Taste is well balanced and alcohol is well hidden. Has herbal/coriander notes. Ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Interesting.

Très belle couleur jaune légèrement ambré, translucide avec beaucoup d’effervescence. Au goût c’est très floral et épicé avec une amertume assez franche et persistante. Très rafraichissante.
