341 ml bottle purchased at Peluso in Montreal on October 24, 2013. Black, small head. Strong aroma of crushed and roasted barley. The taste is much the same thing, but with notes of bitter coffee aftertaste of nuts. It’s really robust!

Deep brown-black body, medium sized khaki head, spotty lacing. Huge roast, chocolate, earthy and piney hops, light smoke. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering, slightly bitter finish.

Pours black with a fleeting brown head. Roasty malt, burnt toast and butter over pine. Fine, soft carbonation, medium to heavy body and slight syrup. Bitter, salty, umami taste, with a longish bittersweet finish. Not bad. A nice warming beer for early fall.

Fresh bottle from Veux-Tu. This is a hoppy porter, with bold and zesty taste. Very Good drinkability and worth seeking out. Black coloured body.

One of the biggest gushers Ive ever seen. Absolute beer-cano. What we saved was a great surprise. This bottle wasnt porter it is was a black saison. Funky, roasty, lightly sweet, and light tartness. Manages to not be muddeled. Good. I think this may have been an infection gone right? I dont know but man it was interesting.

Black pour with a monster-sized cap. Aroma of cocoa, dark bakers chocolate, roasty. Taste of oatmeal, pine, roasted malt, smoke, wood, chocolate. Medium body, average carbonation. Really like what this brewery has been doing lately.

341ml bottle courtoisie Tommy, thanks man! Big malicious dark pour, fairly carbonated, nice lacing and bubbly tanned head that disapptes quickly. Great smell, smokey, sweet, minor hop presence. Taste is fairly smokey up front, finishes bitter with a hint of coffee. A very well rounded porter.
