Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. A deeply unoriginal name for a beer judging by the plethora on here. Dark burnt orange pour with the merest of tan cuffs. Sweet malts, dark fruits and a hint of spice in the nose and flavour. Slightly warming booze. Sweet, dryish bitter finish. Drinkable but uninspiring.

Cask@Derby Winter Beer Festival, 2009. Sharp amber looking beer with a malty and mildly vinous aroma. The flavour is quite sugary sweet and malty. Overall an average beer that is too sweet for my palate.
