Great hops showcase. Nice piney taste with a good mouthful of hay. Soft carbonation, medium bitter finish. Pours blond with great head and lacing. Tap at Festibiere Gatineau.

Really nice beer. Lots of pine and fruit aromas. Medium bitter, low sweet. Full body with lively carbonation.

MartinT (7860) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 5, 2014
My Bottom Line:
Citrus and passionfruit leap from the American-style Pale Ale’s hop profile before making space for a resinous finish.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam surfs the misty pale blond.
-Mouthfeel is lean and bubbly.
-This doesn’t taste as complex as their regular Pale Ale.
-Drinkability is quite high.

Bottle.

On tap at Festibière d’hiver (Gatineau, Qc). Hazy pale blond body with a lasting, white creamy/foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with herbal hints. Taste carries flowery, herbal, and citrusy notes. Ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Very enjoyable.

A blonde pale ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light berries and butterscotch, nice. In mouth, a a nice caramel malt with piney and floral hops, light candy sugar, nice. On tap at Festibiere d’hiver 2014.

on tap at bateau de nuit, qc. clear pale yellow straw-ish pour with a dense creamy white head, very good retention and strong lacing. honeyed malts - they seem slightly more sugary than regular apa, danky melons, floral, vegetal and spicy simcoe, citrus, grapefruit, pepper. average carbonation - just a tad prickly, light body - oily, balancing spicy-citrusy finish. quite nice but i would still prefer a simcoe dry-hopped version of their regular apa.
