3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Another of Dunham very good beer. Aroma is mostly bread for malt, citrus, herb hops (very well done with Centennial, Cascade & Amarillo), maybe a bit of banana. Pale yellow color, hazy, with a fast disappearing white head. Medium bitterness and light sweet. Texture is oily-creamy with soft carbonation with a light bitter finish (as a APA should be). At the top of my list for APAs made in Quebec.

Hazy golden-orange body, large white head, spotty lacing. Floral and grassy hops up front, increasing citrus (particularly grapefruit) with each sip. Medium to light bodied, appropriate carbonation, moderate bitterness, clean finish.

Bière dorée, avec une mousse généreuse. Nez de miel, de malt, de houblons herbeux également. En bouche, l’équilibre entre les houblons plus secs et le côté fruité des agrumes est réussi. Bonne petite bière!

On tap at Vices et Versa. Appearance: hazy yellow with tons of visible carbonation & a good thick white head. Aroma: Sour milk, hops, a
little malt and bran. Flavour: pretty hoppy up front, lots of carbonation on the tongue with bitter hops and a long sweet-dry finish. Nice.

341 ml bottle from Depanneur Peluso, served cool in a tulip glass.
App.: Hazy deep golden with some floaties and a large slightly off-white foam.
Aroma: Bright, fruity, piney, green and peppery, some nice spicy fruit cake-like malts, caramel, citrus notes, very nice.
Palate: Medium+ body, fairly lively effervescence.
Flav.: Tons of pine and grapefruit, nicely supported by crunchy caramel malts, sweet and bitter, spicy, a touch fruity, a wonderfully crafted ode to hops; dry with aggressive bitterness that lasts well into the peppery pine/resin finish with just enough malt.
A beautiful, Canadian-made example of the style. A bit less sweet and malty than some versions, which is a plus. Félicitations!

341 mL bottle. A rather unappealing hazy brown-yellow. Aroma is nice - C hops. Sweet orange, mostly. The flavour is pretty good as well. Nice bitterness from start to finish. The hops add grapefruit and some resin. Just a touch of caramel. Pretty good.

Glden blonde topped by a generous white head, lasting. Sweet citrus and piney aroma with a hint of catpiss. Medium body, medium carbonation, aggressive bittrness with just enough malt backbone to support it, but it finishes very dry and bitter. Tasty but unbalanced.
