Bottle from kbudd19, thanks Kevin. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy, fragrant floral, herbal, citrus and pine hops with intermingled notes of Brettanomyces, and medium cracker malt character. The hops throw off rose, white grapefruit and light dill notes. Flavor is moderate citrus, herbal, grassy and dank hops and bitterness, medium cracker malt, earthy Brettanomyces and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.

Aroma is clove, lemongrass, tart, passion fruit and yeast. Taste is clove, sweet light malts with honey and tart.Hay and bitter straw in finish. Well balanced overall with slight tartiness. Appearance is a hazy gold with a thin pearl head with lacing that retains fairly well.

Bottle, Legacy. Hazy blonde with a big frothy head that forms some nice plateaus. Classic saison aroma - a bit dusty and duponty, earthy continental hops, coriander, orange...lots of fun. Very bitter, rich pithy bitter orange. Like chinotto-level bitterness with more of a grapefruit taste. Dry, yeasty finish with a ton of earthy hop. Lots of fun.

pours a golden yellow with creamy, white head. aromas of lemon, hay and cucumber. taste of spice and strong citrus - grapefruit. subtle yeast flavours of melon cuts through bitterness, but hops still overriding flavour on this one. interesting interpretation of a saison that should please Belgian-lovers and hop-heads alike.

750ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden color with a generous white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus with some grains and yeast. Taste is a subdued lemon tartness with a light spicy hop bitterness and a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with generous carbonation that tickles the tongue. Overall, an easy drinking saison that is not too tart like some saisons are. Very refreshing.
