On tap at Vices and Versa. Served in a short pint. Hazy golden body. Small white head. Smells of herbal and grassy hops, some doughy malts, and a banana and clove yeasty aroma. Taste is similar, but with a stonger grassy flavor and less yeast flavor. Slightly sweet. Medium body. Well carbonated. A classic representation of the style. Very nice.

Clear pale golden pour with a large frothy white head. Crisp aroma, slight hint of spice and fruit. Crisp refreshing texture. Fresh malt flavour with a spiced finish.

On tap at Blue Monk in Buffalo, NY. New brewery to me, so excited to try it. Orange pour, little bit of head. Dry, as advertised, a little bit of sweet fruit in it but nothing crazy. A little flavorless, to be honest, not as much as I was expecting. Nice but nothing special.

On tap at Novare Res, Portland, Maine. A hazy, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is quite fruity, with a grassy, peppery touch. Peaches. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, along with what’s known from the aroma. It’s super smooth, semi dry and with a pleasant carbonation. Full to medium body. Lasting fruity finish. Feels a bit sweet this one, good thing it isn’t, and it’s a very easy drinkable beer. 150609

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, citrus and peach. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long yeasty, pepper, citrus and peach finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sampled at Lupulin. A gusher with off white foam. An authentic aroma hut with floral and citrus in the background. Flavor matches but thete is more citrus. This is nice. Well done.

Solid saison, fairly dry but a nice citrus zing on the back end. Light bread and sweetness and overall good.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2015 Pour is pale straw with a beautiful, creamy, pillowy cap that lasts forever and leaves great lacing. Nose is pungent, musty yeast, flowers, lemon, pepper, hay. Taste is a nice mix of sweet and sour, mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, with a bitter lemon finish. This stuff is reeeeally drinkable.
