On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very rustic indeed, with rustic farmhouse notes, spicy yeast, and crackery malt. Flavour is very crisp and spicy, with lots of crisp spicy yeasty notes, a nice herbal quality, and crisp crackery malt. Bone dry, with a lovely astringency. Excellent.

Draft - Sweet nice citrus and some nice yeast. Clear gold with a rich white head. Bitter citrus tartness up front, spicy and some peppery notes. Bitter but nice.

Bottle, gusher. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Bretty nose with leather, barnyard, band aid, wood, grapes, pepper. Flavour follows with plenty of brett; leather, barnyard. Grapes, dust, must, wood, pepper, hay. Light/medium body, over carbonated which also makes it difficult to pour. Little sweetness, pleasant bitterness. More farmhouse than saison, a bit in the lines of Anchorage. Fine beer.

Gusher on opening. Cloudy medium orange with a huge white head that hangs around and leaves tons of lace. Nose is yeast and pepper along with some light grain. Lightly sweet with a dominant spice and light bitterness. Medium- mouth with prickly carbonation.

75 cl bottle @ Timo A. Bottled on 26.02.2015.
Pours hazy pale yellow color with a large head, gusher warning. Soapy, lemony aroma with yeast and spices. Yeast and spices on the flavor, hops, lemon and some urinal cake. Fluffy and refreshing.
