On tap at Novare Res, Portland, Maine. A hazy, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is quite fruity, with a grassy, peppery touch. Peaches. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, along with what’s known from the aroma. It’s super smooth, semi dry and with a pleasant carbonation. Full to medium body. Lasting fruity finish. Feels a bit sweet this one, good thing it isn’t, and it’s a very easy drinkable beer. 150609

On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very rustic indeed, with rustic farmhouse notes, spicy yeast, and crackery malt. Flavour is very crisp and spicy, with lots of crisp spicy yeasty notes, a nice herbal quality, and crisp crackery malt. Bone dry, with a lovely astringency. Excellent.

Pour @ RateBeer Best Festival. Hazy light yellow appearance with an off white head. Aroma had a lot of grassy hops, some hay / straw, light pepper, and some lemon. Moderate to moderate high bitterness. Dry. Nice carbonation. Lightly fruity, very herbal, and a bit spicy saison. Easy to drink and refreshing. I enjoyed the hops on this.

750 ml bottle. Bottled on 2/26/15. Merci a monsieur Timo de A! Hazy yellow color with a big foamy white head. Yeast, fruits, mild hops, mild spices and pepper in the aroma. The flavor is yeast, pepper, fruity hops, mild citrus and mild bitterness. Tasty and balanced Saison. I like! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
