Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is apples, some earth and quite spicy. Flavour is dry apples, some wood and also mild wooden dry notes. Rather mouthdrying cider. Pleasant, but feels a bit thin. Crispy tonguetickling carbonation.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear light medium orange color with a small average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy sweet apple, dry apple, red apple, leather, light to moderate sour apples, rubber. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100119]

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and apple cores. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of apples and apple cores, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a rough white head. Tart apple notes. Body is a little watery, quite sparkling though, astringent, leathery and peely apple accents. Very astringent finish. 190110
