Bottle 750ml.

Light unclear light to medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, barnyard, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110312]

old appels aroma,pale, light hazy,lightly bitter, medium body, creamy, lively, light nice appels finish.

Yellow and hazy. Has a white head, fully dimishing. Lots of aromas, barnyard, fruit, crisp apples, some dry wine too. Flavor is moderate sweet, acid too, astringent. Syrupy texture.

Bottle. Courtesy Fonefan. Yellow colour. Heavy barnyard excellent apple aroma. Vanilla and apple notes. Sour, not dry. Some sweetness. Average finish. Excellent cider.
