Bottle share in Watford as ’Dunkertons Organic Vintage Cider 2010, 30th Anniversary edition, 7.5%. Thanks to Leighton for this. Dark orange, slight haze, lightly sparkling, small bubbly white head. Aroma is dry apple cider. Body is light, spritzy carbonation, a little foamy. Taste is dry cider, apple peel, musty, quite drying in the finish. A tasty dry cider. Good. (3.6)

66cl bottle shared at the Non-Beer Tasting @Fergus’, Watford. Thanks to Leighton. It pours a clean golden color with minimal bubbly head. Aroma is sweet musty baked apples some hint of tangy citric peel. Taste is also lightly musty and tangy, but mostly sweet with baked apples and pears. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, tasty

Scopey (12248) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2016
2010 vintage bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear deep gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, earthy, sweet apple pie, a bit sugary, some barnyard funk and white sugar. The taste is crisp, light tartness, apple skin, wood, tannins, white grape skin, alcohol hit with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but ok.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Leighton for this one. A dark golden orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is funky dry apple, plasrtic, woody, hint of parmesan. Flavour is composed of crisp woody apple, dry, hint of plastic , drying wood. Palate is crisp, tangy, pithy, highish carbonation. Interesting

Bottle shared in Watford - picked up at Kris Wines. Vintage 2010. Pours clear honey-gold with a slight white fizz head. Ripening apples in the nose, some funky notes, apple skin, faint peach. Light-medium sweet flavour, really dry, with bitter apple skins, grass, red apple. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Bone dry to finish, with further apple peel bitterness, ligh alcohol warmth. Great stuff.

Too tart on the finish for my liking. But a beautiful murky golden colour.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Deep gold in colour with decent fizz. An easy drinking cider for the ABV, with plenty of apple juice and a dryish finish. Good.

Bottle at Chris O’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Golden color. Sweet and acidic aroma with grapefruit. The flavor begins sweet with tannins growing strong towards finish. Taste of fruity apple skin with grapefruit. Acidity has mellowed but tannins are still very firm. A great cider.

750ml bottle (ChrisO’s pre-GBBF2011 "Donkey Dork Lord" shindig)
Slightly hazy. Clear real apple and apple skin aroma. Crisp palate. Very refreshing, despite 7.5%, so super-drinkable. Finish has a nice drying bite. Good cider, as I’ve come to expect from Dunkertons.
