Bottle at Jan & Charlotte’s tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours gold, this has got a great appley juiciness but also with a steady sweetness running through, before it starts to run dry. Tangy, juicy fruity stuff marvellous, though the gums are starting to dry out now. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Deep gold in colour with decent fizz. An easy drinking cider for the ABV, with plenty of apple juice and a dryish finish. Good.

Bottle @ chriso. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity slightly tart apple aroma. Fruity tart apple flavor. Has a fruity tart apple finish.

Bottle at Chris O’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Golden color. Sweet and acidic aroma with grapefruit. The flavor begins sweet with tannins growing strong towards finish. Taste of fruity apple skin with grapefruit. Acidity has mellowed but tannins are still very firm. A great cider.

Slightly hazy. Clear real apple and apple skin aroma. Crisp palate. Very refreshing, despite 7.5%, so super-drinkable. Finish has a nice drying bite. Good cider, as I’ve come to expect from Dunkertons.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Big time gusher warning on this one. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, toffee, fruits, earth and some mild spices. Flavour is much the same, but in a very pleasant balance.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket, apple peel. Flavor is light light heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110409]

Bottle @ J & C’s, Ulfborg. Thanks. Pours clear golden with small bubbles on top. Sweet and ripe apples with a bit of sulphur. Ends very dry. Refreshing drink..
