0.5l bottle. This is a light cloudy orange gold one with a small quickly gone bubbly white top. On the nose I get, yeah apples. The floury green kind. Also some canned pears in here and traces of some dusty cellar. It’s not particularly good this. It’s a yeasty monster! As astringent in the mouth as I’ve never has in anything before and it tastes just horrible old and bad! Like chewing on old rotten grape seeds gone through a guinea pig. This has to be a bad, no make that horrible evil bottle or something. I cannot drink this. Not a chance. 14.04.2013

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden. Mellow aroma of candyish ripe green apples. Fairly sweet with spritzy mouthfeel. Some viola and black currant. Some aluminium and apple skin bitterness in the finish.

Light yellow body that with a faint haze. Moderate and mild sweet fruity aroma with lightly fermented apples and a touch of oak. Quite much sweetness initially but the finish is nevertheless moderate dry with a tart twist. Gentle apple flavours. Soft carbonation. A nice cider, but maybe a bit too mellow and undemanding?

500ml brown bottle. Deep gold, hazy, no head. Sweet apple nose, some yeast and leathery spice notes. Taste has big fleshy apple fruit up front, sweetish dark sugars. Ends yeasty, spicy, tannic with apple tart skins, woody. Light apple fruit aftertaste, light but acceptable alcohol presence. Medium bodied, very refined tingly carbonation. Nice complexity, but very still quite approachable. Best cider I’ve had in a long time.

Opaque pale yellow with a quick dissapearign head. Soft natural smell of sour apples and sweet apples. Full oily body with soft carbonation and a sour lasting finish. Taste of sweet apples but not too sweet with some acidness and a dry lasting tart finish. The tart finish is a little to vinigry and is a little strong.

Bottle, shared with my wife over miso-ginger chicken on crisp snow-pea and toasted sesame salad. Slightly hazy medium gold, medium carbonation. Aroma is slightly spicy baking apples. Flavour is nice genuine apple with a slightly musty quality, spicy nuances, and a bit of a minerally finish. Very nice, and a great pairing with our delicious salty miso chicken.

A golden and light hazy colour, with a small bubbly quick fading head. Nice apple aroma. A fine dry apple flavour. Probably some yeast also. Nice.

Bottle. Yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Heavy apple flavor. Exstremely dry. Long nice finish. Oily palate. Nice cider.

Pours brownish yellow with a thin head. Aroma is grear, sour apples and wood. Flavour is amazing! Sour apples, bret and oak. very dry in the finish. Very complex, A distinct and delicious brew. Best cider I have ever had.

Bottle, this one is just about the best cider I have had, it pours the typical golden colour, the taste is a very refined sugar with lots of apples that blend very well and just tastes really nice
