GlassBrass440 (315) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 12, 2015
Pours a red hued gold with a slight haze. Moderately strong aromas of cotton candy, toffee, bubblegum and hints of a farmhouse/blue cheese character to ground it. Flavours bring the blue cheese notes to the fore with freshly picked apples, honey, and wisps of smoke playing strong support. Full bodied with a carbonation that makes a strong first impression before withering away.

Slightly hazy gold in colour with moderate carbonation. Aroma of slightly tart apple juice, honey and a hint of the barnyard. Flavour began with dry, tannic juice flavours before sweetness became prominent in the finish.

Countbeer (6180) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 25, 2014
Bottle: Served in a shaker: Gusher. Lively snall head which disappears right away and leaves a cloudy headless yellow cider in my glass. Aromas of dust, cellar, fermented apples, light coal, light honey, light smoke, some honey, apple peel, some branches and French evenings. Flavour comes with a bite and is a great mix of sweet and tart apples with a warmth, light wood and spice tones, some bitters, light dry, some cellar and dust tones and a hint of other fruits with a yeasty edge. Aftertaste is a mix of apples (sweet bitter and light tart), some dry tones and light sweet dusty. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, more than medium bodied an a creamy light dry texture. Great stuff!
