Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Pale, golden-yellow color, with a decent head, which leaves a fine, long staying lacing. Aromas are of an interesting melange, containing wheat, straw, yeast and tart Brettanomyces, also hints of pepper, spices and lemon zest are recognizable. Taste reveals an unbelievable smooth mouthfeel, due to a huge amount of Belgian yeast, which puts a pillow on the palate. On top of that, warm stingy spices amongst black pepper build up a fascinating complexity, which results in a medium dry finish, with subtle vanilla notes. Very easy to drink, alcohol is present at no point at all, very intriguing, well balanced beer. Bretts among metallic, lively carbonation are responsible for a supporting sour- and dryness, which underlines the slick. spicy yeast impression just perfect. As I am drinking a young bottle, bretts are recognizable only for a short period of time, mingled together with copper flavor. When those leave the palate, dough malts and supersmooth mouthfeel do become even more present.

Nice bready and wheaty tripel. Orange pour with white head. Fruit, grain, and funk in the aroma. Pale malt and yeast dominate taste. More fruit and spice in the taste. Excellent.

Draft at Belmont Station. Spritzy, bready, fruity, finishes dry and slightly bitter. Strong, balanced, artisanal. Pay attention, American craft brewers! Not one single herb or flavor sticks out. Balanced!

golden straw colour, slightly hazy which took on a green hue due to the christmas lights at my pub. clean foamy head. many different tastes - a complex beer. my notes include oranges, yeast, bananas, cloves, wheat grass. unlike other beers , it maintains its tastes and does not mellow after a few sips.

Poured a beautiful orange color with a fluffy white head. Nose of oranges and spice. Flavor is exceptional with the alcohol expertly hidden.

Hazy golden orange color with about an inch of well-sustained white foam. Syrupy aromas of tropical fruit, mango, apricot, funky blankets, some skunk and grain. The taste is sweet and biscuity with notes of apricot, lemon, pine bark... has a fairly creamy full palate, holds up well as it warms. I think it’s absolutely delicious, a touch sweeter than average saison, some nice fruit and caramel, orange danish notes. Good stuff.

Orange slightly hazy beer with big white cloudy head leaving lacing. Aroma is yeasty, pale malty, tart and toffeey sweet. Flavor is yeasty, fruity and malty. Palate is full and foaming in the mouth. Finishes with mild bitterness, maltiness, yeast and alcohol. Pouring in the yeast makes the beer hazy and adds peppery yeastiness. Perhaps not in the freshest possible form, the maltiness is quite harsh and almost cardboardy. Should be more refreshing.
