Bons Vśux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 375ml bottle poured in a Duvel tulip. A: Pours a cloudy orange to beige color. A big bubbled and aired head is formed when it’s poured. Retention is medium to low and only some lacings are left S: Nose is sweet, fruity and spicy. Reminds pears mainly. Also honey and candy sugar. Some hints of orange zeast, grassy hops and alcohol T: The best part. Very tasty beer. Quite fruity, spicy and hoppy. Malts and Belgian yeasts (oh yeah!). A mild sweet upfront with a dry and bitter aftertaste. Pepper and the citrus-earthy hops are really a must M: Medium to heavy body. Reasonable carbonation. Sweet ufront followed by a grass hoppy aftertaste. Hints of alcohol can be felt but well hidden O: Very drinkable despite the 9.5%ABV. Absolutely great beer [ BA Review @ 2/5/2012 ]

Számomra ilyen a tökéletes tripel.

750 ML corked and caged Clear orange straw color, bright white head. Lovely retention to it. Nose is malt. Apple and pear. Sift and subtle. Taste is also subtle red apple and pear. Little bit of candy cane. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Pretty simple beer but very well made. Flavors linger a long time.

Bottle 37.5 cl from Barleywine in Copenhagen. Cloudy orange with a slightly frothy white head. Funky, apples, slight tartness. Orange peel, some bitterness, some light maltyness. Medium body, medium carbonation, bitter finish. Quite a lot of components that I cannot identify.

Funky cellar like tartness, red apples. Taste is malty and more sweet than tart. Although lots of maltiness it is not overly sweet due to good balance with the sweetness.
