Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Tap. Very light blond with thick froth. Detectable alcohol in aroma, a bit disturbing as it appears also in the taste. Generally smooth, quite drinkable and overall enjoyable but not as great as I expected it to be.

Bottle at home shared with a friend. Pours hazy light orange. Smells of spices, yeast and hay. High carbonation, dry and slightly sour. Medium bitterness. This was really pleasant. My kind of beer!

75 cl bottle at home. Pours like a tripel and looks like one - what more can I say? Powerful aroma of pungent hop, earthy vegetable and spice. Taste is firm malty sweetness and some fruit, mango and pinapple: soon becoming very bitter. A light sourness, but in a good way. Rich and satisfying, you can tell there is a lot of alcohol in this, but it wears it lightly. Long, bitter and dry finish. Truly great, Dupont brew some excellent beer and I think this is the pinnacle.

Bottle, bb 9-2019. Pours hazy yellow (poured with yeast) with a white head. Aroma: fruit (white grapes), spices, blue cheese, vanilla. Taste: lemon, white grapes, spices, pear, banana, grass, somewhat earthy. Nice balance of sweet, bitter and sour, medium body, soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Nice bitter and light sour finish. Lovely balance, complex brew. Everything’s just right.

Looks like a urine sample of someone with a medical problem. Hazy yellow with no head or lacing. Nice Belgium yeast, wine, banana aroma. Tastes of a true Belgium that is well hopped and a little alcohol. A complex beer.
