Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Buenos recuerdos belgas.

Pale, hazy yellow colour. Nice white medium head. Spicy, salty aroma. Hints of sour pears and caramel. A bit of hay even. Flowery and fruity beginning. Spicy in the middle. Bit sweet aftertaste. Hints of caramel and some sourness. Light bodied, medium carbonated, very well drinkable farmhouse. Would have another one as soon as possible.

Hate to drink belgium strong beers in the bars from massive goblets. It’s so hard to catch some aroma then. I suppose this beer can have an awesome aroma. I didn’t catch it. It was just ok caramel and malty aroma for me. Taste is good, typical tripel - malty and sweet. Nice beer but was expecting more.

Saison beer it is to me. Clear and simple with light peppery yeast qualities, simple malt bill. Not bold as trippel, not sweet or sugary/syrup. Farmhouse aromas too. Just a simple summer beer with some sour touch. Medium body.

Lovely, a bit dusty aroma. Taste is a bit spicy in a way. Slightly bitter maybe, but fruity. Strong body. Excellent and elegant. Has the fine belgian vibe. Not too sophisticated, but still shows some intelligence (like beer usually does!).

Tap into a shaker showing moderately filtered orange peel with a finger of white foam. The nose shows light notes of sour brett. The palate shows high carbonation and a medium body. Flavors of clean malts and non-sour bretty funky. Once again a foamy and luxurious mouthfeel.

Malty aroma with a citrus and some unnamed notes. Hazy gold color with a medium white head. Taste is sweet, with notice of hops in the finish. Full body, oily or creamy ttexture.
