Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Pours hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. Nose is citrus (lime) and caramel. Aromas are sweet malts, fruits (banana, peach...), some candy notes. Average carbonation, thick texture. Long sweet finish. Reminds of a Belgian tripel... and a very good one! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slight/medium aroma of malts, Belgian yeast, grain, spices and hops.

Turbid/opaque golden/amber beer with medium/heavy yeast and with a medium white/off-white head.

Moderate sweet, slightly bitter and dry with malts, Belgian yeast, grain, spices and hops.

This beer has a good balance between Belgian yeast, malts, hops and spices. Could be more interesting for me, but the balance is what makes this beer.

Bomber. Thanks to Paul! Big estery, yeasty, honeyish nose. Hazy medium amber color. Full fruit initial, mid has moderate and very pleasant sweet stone fruit, some candi sugar, and a smooth silky finish. Medium body, with perfect carbonation. Superb balance, and flavors develop gently and gradually throughout the palate.

Zu viel Kohlensäure, zudem viel Alkohol im Geschmack. Grüner Apfel, muffig, Alkohol. Etwas enttäuschen.

2015/01/01 - Pours a hazy straw colour, with a large, fluffy, off white head that slowly reduces and leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is yeast, dough, banana, apricot, bazooka joe bubblegum, spices (clove, coriander) and honey. Taste is sweet honey, banana, yeasty dough, spicy hops, coriander and a hint of alcohol. Starts sweet and ends spicy. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with biting carbonation and a long, drying, slightly warming finish. A great holiday beer that is both delicious and complex. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
