COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

Quest tap in O’Connors, Uppsala. Pours hazy amber with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is very fruity and spicy, especially fresh apple and citrus feature. Taste is crisp, spicy and fruity; classic Belgian farmhouse theme with a perfect balance between different elements. Medium body, average carbonation. This is surprisingly strong for a saison but alcohol is skillfully hidden. Overall an excellent ale, both rich and balanced.

Pours slightly hazy pale straw with two fingers of rocky white head, excellent retention and lacing. (5/5) Nose is complex: floral and herbal, lemon, pine, dank, cheese, vinous notes. (8/10) Taste is mild to moderate sweet, mild bitter and tart. (8/10) Medium body, lively carbonation, medium duration finish with a little lingering alcohol warming. (4/5) Quite happy to get my hands on a relatively limited release beer like this for my 1000th unique on Untappd. Interesting and complex, with a flavour profile that compares to wilds or spontanales, but the strong Dupont yeast character keeps things in line. The vinous notes make it seem like champagne to toast my (dubious) accomplishment. Cheers! (16/20)

Hazy gold color, big head! Aroma is floral and herbal, yeast, sweet fruits, clove, banana. Taste is quite dry, bitter balanced by moderate sweetness. Falvor is spicy, herbal, fruits. Aftertaste dry with hint of alcohol. Medium tl full body, strong carbonation. Great stuff.

Bottle, 2012. Pours hazy orange, large puffy off-white head that dissipates slowly and laces well. Thousands of floaties of all sizes; I have never seen a dirtier beer in my life. Aroma is Belgian yeast, honey, bread, hay, grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light plus bitter, fruity and sticky. Medium body, super-hot from ABV, very highly carbonated - let it sit a while. Tripel is not my thing in general, and this one is no different.

75cl in teku. Pours a very abundant white frothy and rocky head, long lasting; nice deep yellow to golden colour, hazy and with some little yeast particles. Smells huge (belgian) yeast, fruity, banana, spicy (clove/vanilla), some sweet yellow citrus, sparkling white vinous notes. Tastes fruity with apple, great yeast profile with some light cheesy funkiness, citrus, spices, straw, cereals, light and pleasant alcohol notes as a tripel should have; almost medium level but short sweetness, medium + bitterness coming from a various hop background. Yeasty, hoppy and dry finish, slight tart. Lively/high carbonation, medium body, fizzy. The beer that resembles most the adjectives tripel and belgian, yeast is a key element. Complex, refined, a true classic

Clear golden with a large frothy, quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma is hay, white pepper, grass, sweet grain, lemon. Taste is medium sweet malty with slight almond, citrus, hay, medium bitter with a dry bitter lasting finish, slight alcohol warmth in the finish along with a sweet maltiness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

375cc bottle. Pours orange almost with thin white champagne like head. Floral, fruity and spice. In the mouth is crispy and dry for a 9,5%. Very nicely balanced sweet/bitter. Aftertaste is fruity. Great beer.

Very refreshing aroma, not that overwhelming. First sip is very welcoming, a little fruitiness, a little sweet and a little bitter. In the aftertaste a little peach and apple after the bitterness fades away. A wonderful brew, really remarkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy (iOs)

0,7l cork and caged, flavor is slightly bitter than expected, but also refreshingly citrusy. Tingling spicy, almost ’wild’. Really ’brut’. Relatively thin body, high carbonation. Nice sample

375ml bottle. Refreshing aroma welcomes you the minute the cork pops off: gentle blend of pine, tobacco, hay. Hint of lemon. At this point I haven't even poured it into the glass (!). Beautiful golden honey pour with bubbly lasting head. Pine dominates the aroma now, it is borderline marihuana. Cheese aroma also permeates, alongside a distinct yeasty basement funk. A little boozy as well. The taste is very distinct, and quite boozy. The taste development goes from a pine infused Duvel taste towards white wine (limoncello maybe even), and ends with a bitter aftertaste that reveals blue cheese, pine and a hint of seaweed. Definitely interesting.
