750 mL bottle--2011 on cork. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a large amount of thick white head (several inches) that has good retention. Aroma is pretty subdued; mostly yeast and coriander but also some earthy spiciness. Flavor is mostly of spice, yeast, coriander, and some malts; not overly complex but enjoyable for the funky spiciness. The finish has a hint of some alcohol and some bitterness. Seemed to enjoy it the more I drank. Solid and enjoyable beer but not something I would actively seek out.

75cl bottle shared at Probus Wines, Dublin. Pours hazy golden colour with thick white head and plenty of lacing. Lots of pungent, fruity, spicy yeast character on the nose, some citrus, sweet cake dough/white bread, and earthy notes. Taste is full of wonderful fruity, semi-funky yeast notes, bread, wheat, light lemon, earthy notes, herbs, spice. Mouthfeel is full - huge natural carbonation that really lifts the flavours. Incredibly dry finish and not a hint of the alcoholic strength. Lots of pungent yeasty spiciness lingers into the aftertaste. Delicious stuff.

On tap @ Kulminator, Antwerpen, kindly shared by 77ships, cheers man! :-) Hazy yellow body, medium white head. Nose is tart-is saison yeast tones with straw, pale malts and hints of lemon. Taste is very similar, with smooth tones of straw, saison yeast, lemon and hints of hay and citric peel. Semi-full body, creamy mouthfeel. Very fresh and drinkable, though not terribly complex. Nice one.

Quest tap in O’Connors, Uppsala. Pours hazy amber with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is very fruity and spicy, especially fresh apple and citrus feature. Taste is crisp, spicy and fruity; classic Belgian farmhouse theme with a perfect balance between different elements. Medium body, average carbonation. This is surprisingly strong for a saison but alcohol is skillfully hidden. Overall an excellent ale, both rich and balanced.

0.75l corked bottle from Etre. This is a lovely looking almost glowing light cloudy one, packed with particles floating around in the glass and a medium size off-white top. Smells amazing. Subtle lemony, lots of Saison yeast, wet autumn leafs, strawberries. The subtle lemon suits it perfectly. Soft to average on the carbonation with a really slick mouthfeel. Tastes like autumn this. Lots of just lovely saison flavors, dry grapes, acidic strawberries, wheat, yeast, so many tiny subtle fruity flavors that its hard to tear apart. Shared this bottle, but I’d really like to have it for myself. 29.03.2013

Pour is a clear straw/yellow, lots of yeast, and a huge bubbly white head. Slightly grassy nose, little spice, alcohol, citrus and wet hay. Citrusy and grassy taste, floral spice, and a touch of alcohol. Medium bodied, active carbonation and really well balanced. One of my favorite saisons.

Aroma of non descript berries. Also slight funk spice and baked bread. Tastes about as pungently of Belgian yeast as possible. Also apple cider and bubblegum notes with the slight acidity. Seriously boozy. Near still carb. Great briny buttery umnami mouthfeel.
