COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Biere de Miel is bottle conditioned and contains only water, barley and wheat, honey, hops and yeast. It has a marvelously delicate scent of honey, balnaced by a dry palate, resulting in a beer that is both estery and refreshing.

Disclaimer: Both the normal and the organic (biologique) version.

Not working well for me, honey with yeast makes disbalance effect, some spices, kinda wheaty. Moderate to light sweetness, light tartness. One time try, not disaster tho

Pale yellow ochre, hazy, thin white (duke?) head turns fast to foggy, bit lacing. Mild honey, wheat, flowery notes, mildly spicy and bit herbs, nice delicate aroma, sweetish, natural, nuanced, inviting. Light, mildly sour, semisweet, long finish, nice carbonation balancing. Excellent, balanced, complex, good and natural flavors, lot of character. In this dark wintertime this takes me back to summer with flowery meadows and low humming of bees. Advent beer 17, highly recommended !

Hazy yellow color, no head. Mild honey aroma and some flowers. Sweet as hell, elderflower, honey and hops. Soft carbonation, bit creamy. Fine, but not my cup of tea. //Craft Room

Golden hazy offering a fluffy white well lasting head. Aromas of hay, some straw, fruity yeast esters and some floralness with faint hints of flowery honey develop. Short malty sweetness with some herbal bitterness. Average carbonation and rather thin with a light-medium body. Medium lasting finish.

Bottle @ Craft Room. Poured a honeyish orange/amber body. Small white head. Perfumey aroma of honey. Taste... honey on grainy maltiness, honey turns slightly medicinal. Sweet up front but thankfully not into the finish. Somewhat unusual, even for a honey beer.

Hazy golden amber pour with decent off-white head, full of pinprick sized bubbles. Very floral aroma, with the honey prominent, along with musty hay and biscuit. The taste has a fairly subtle honey flavour, with lightly toasted bread and expected farmhouse funk. Light bodied, dry, crisp and quite acidic. The high carbonation and acidity give it a bit too much of a prickly character. 8% ABV unnoticeable. Pretty good overall.
