Pours an opaque blonde with thick white head.
Aroma is of honey and yeast.
Taste is loaded with honey and grains. Leaves an aftertaste of malt (barley), lightly sugary and fruity (some orange peels).
I applaud the idea of using the biologic concept and local produces. mullet (801), Melbourne, Australia

I’m certainly not in the habit of searching out honey beers but this was excellent. Grainy, cerealy malt with lovely floral, meadowy touches (the honey?), and mushroomy, mossy, white peppery yeast character. There’s a touch of honey and vanilla to the lean malt flavour mixed with coconut phenols. Light and breezy mouthfeel, with only slight bitterness but very dry. Lovely stuff, really good. And it’s biologique too which eases my middle-class guilt about beer miles (bloody heavy bottles!!) somewhat. french tickler (642), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

Nose had some definite honey, wheat, yeast, and a bit of butter. Flavor was similar with a lot of yeast and honey. Pretty good, but not my favorite saison flavors.
