3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice rich floral honey notes in the aroma. Hazy yellow, minimal head. Taste isn’t as exciting as the nose seems to predict, sweet belgian yeast upfront, somewhat watery finish with a bit of alcohol and some honey on the finish. No hop bitterness. Mild carbonation. Not too exciting aside from the aroma, which is quite nice.

You open the bottle. You smell it. Heaven. If you dislike honey you wouldn’t like this beer.
I love honey. I’ve tasted a few honey beers, this is the best by very far.
Appearance? What I’d expect from a honey beer, light, ambered and clear.
Taste? Lovely, honey, yeast. I was surprised to fell the honey taste in a beer that isn’t too sweet (I dislike too sweet beers). Not too bitter, which is a nice thing. And the acidity is lovely.
Palate, pretty poor, the taste is good but doesn’t stand for too long.
I’ve bought a dozen of beers this week for my daily tastings. By far the one I enjoyed the most.
If you like honey go for it ! RIGHT AWAY !

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours dark amber, a bit cloudy with white, soapy small foam, minimal lasing.
Aroma: rye malt sweet, a bit yeasty, basement sour and peppery a bit too, some honey notes can be added with great fantasy, weak aroma, almost none.
Taste: sweet, grainy/wort alike, min bitter. Medium body, oily texture, light dry finish, fizzy a little, medium+ carbonation.
Simple and not to remember.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20

Not working well for me, honey with yeast makes disbalance effect, some spices, kinda wheaty. Moderate to light sweetness, light tartness.
One time try, not disaster tho

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pale yellow ochre, hazy, thin white (duke?) head turns fast to foggy, bit lacing. Mild honey, wheat, flowery notes, mildly spicy and bit herbs, nice delicate aroma, sweetish, natural, nuanced, inviting. Light, mildly sour, semisweet, long finish, nice carbonation balancing. Excellent, balanced, complex, good and natural flavors, lot of character. In this dark wintertime this takes me back to summer with flowery meadows and low humming of bees. Advent beer 17, highly recommended !

Golden hazy offering a fluffy white well lasting head. Aromas of hay, some straw, fruity yeast esters and some floralness with faint hints of flowery honey develop. Short malty sweetness with some herbal bitterness. Average carbonation and rather thin with a light-medium body. Medium lasting finish.
