Biolégère/Avril is Brasserie Dupont’s Biére de Table. Aromatic like fresh bread, full in the mouth and light on the finish.

750 ml. bottle. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a huge frothy white head. The aroma has fresh bread and white crackers with some light pepper, coriander and nutmeg. Yeast derived obviously. The flavor is very light and watery with soda crackers, light summer fruit and spices. Very dry and refreshing. I could drink this all day every day.

Pours pale and clear blond, stable white foam. Aroma of bread and fresh grass. Taste is quite bitter with some dryness in the finish, almost astringent. Quite thin with lively carbonation. Overall a bit watery but refreshing and more complex than expected for such a low ABV.

250ml bottle, slight cloudy golden hue, with a bubbly white head, with a mild yeasty, doughy, citrus, lemony nose, with some apple, pear fruity esters, a subtle apple must cider, honeyed pale, wheat malt, spicy accent in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a fruity yeast, light apple sauce, stewed apple, faint flowery citrus hop, faint acidic green apple, apple strudel character, with a subtle vanilla, zesty citrus peel, faint spritzy wheat malt flavour, leading towards a doughy, fruity yeastiness, pale, wheat maltiness, faint vanilla, apple sauce fruitiness, light lingering citrus, leafy hop bitterness finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Taste is wheaty with strong banana notes. A little thin and quite fizzy. Refreshing and decent enough.

Bottle. Hazy blonde colour with a large and foamy white head. The aroma has hay, lemon, wheat, some funk. Flavour is light malt, wheat, sugar, hay, dirt. It’s like tripping over while walking around on a farm.

Alengrin (2813) - BELGIUM - JUL 31, 2014
Organic saison in table beer version and in that sense at least original. Rocky, mousse-like, off-white, sticky head, colour ochre with peachy hue, cloudy. Flowery aroma with sourish wheat (wheat syrup is effectively used here), yeasty, grapefruit, apricot, some soapy hops but also a faint hint of solvents. Taste a light and elegant fruitiness on top of a grainy dryness, in the end a herbal hop bitterishness, and the inevitable thin mouthfeel of a low alcohol beer. Perfect session beer excelling in lightness without becoming dull, which is far from self-evident.

Light straw with big fluffy white head. Dry grains, very nice herbs and spices with oregano, thyme, white pepper. Light lemon peel with some resin follow by a doughy taste. Light sweet with dry and spicy bitter finish. Light bodied. Pretty damn tasty for a low alcohol beer. Love it.

Bottle under "Avril"naming. Very pleasant, very bready make sit go well with food, but light and unsupposing as to just be a refreshing quaff. Of course the low ABV makes it great for dinner, leaving you well-prepared for something after.
