Pros: Blown Away. Only Dupont could pack this much flavor and aromas in a 3.5% beer. Gorgeous rocky head. Very pure, natural and Belgian. I really need more of this. This is like a workout beer.

Cons: Not a single flaw

250ml Bottle from Beers of Europe (£1.29):
Not a bad beer for one that comes in at a mere 3.5% abv., it certainly packs a lot in for such a low alcohol content with plenty of yeast, spice and tart grabbing your attention throughout. The beer is easy to drink and reminds to a lot of Duvel, the only thing letting it down was that the taste could definitely have been a bit stronger, were it not for that then this would have all the makings of a classic.

Bottle at 28 Springs with Bruce. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thick foamy white head. Aroma is grapefruit, yeast, grassy. Flavor follows and has some citrus and lots of grass. Thin bodied. Overall, a nice beer. Clean finish.

Tasty light saison. Clean tasting, light bitterness with floral notes and bit of spice. An excellent thirst quencher, and could make for a fine session.

Flavours of bread, yeast, some herbs, some wood, light fruity, some malts, light bitter, light sweet... 750 ml. bottle. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a huge frothy white head. The aroma has fresh bread and white crackers with some light pepper, coriander and nutmeg. Yeast derived obviously. The flavor is very light and watery with soda crackers, light summer fruit and spices. Very dry and refreshing. I could drink this all day every day.

Pours pale and clear blond, stable white foam. Aroma of bread and fresh grass. Taste is quite bitter with some dryness in the finish, almost astringent. Quite thin with lively carbonation. Overall a bit watery but refreshing and more complex than expected for such a low ABV.
