ZBF2008: From tap. Pours slight hazy yellow with a dense white head. Light wheaty and solid coriander spiced aroma. Flavour is dry, with a solid banana/bubblegum note. Underlying coriander and light orange peel note. Ends dry and slight acidic.

Ungstrup (28448) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2003
The aroma is sweet, malty with notes of yeast. The color is a hazy orange and it has no head in the one I had. The flavor is very sweet and very simple containing a lot of hop in the flavor. It ends on a flowery dryness, that pricles the tongue. It is a little thin - no wonder 3.5% ABV.

(Bottle 25 cl) Hazy golden with an off-white head. Vague, citrusy nose. Light-bodied, dry, slightly cardboardish with vague citrus notes - no bitterness. Very thin and lacking personality. 160507

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is earthy, salty, malty and some quite dry hops. Flavour is very grassy, earthy, fruity and also has some hints of yeast. Not a bad saison.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, brief head. Sweetish and light bodied. Pleasant yeast and toffee character dominates it. The mouthfeel is lively but thin, and there is notes of grass, Medium bitterness.

Golden color; generous head. Light, dry hop aroma. Pretty dry, bitter, but poor character; a light soap flavor.

Dedollewaitor (13390) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 27, 2008
25cl bottle bought in Belgium. Pours hazy pale orange with a creamy full white foam. Nose is classic Dupont yeast. Wheat, bread & honey. On the sweet side. Medium body. A lot of taste for a 3,5% beer. No doubt. Ends dry. Overall nice but would have liked a bit more hops and bitterness.

MiP (13047) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2007
Bottle, 3.5%. Citric hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour with suspended floaties. Small unstable white head. The flavour is yeasty with a bit of citric hoppiness, slightly aromatic. Thin and watery, but OK thirst-quenching. High carbonation, the flavour improves when some of that is gone.
