Ungstrup (23969) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 17, 2003
The aroma is sweet, malty with notes of yeast. The color is a hazy orange and it has no head in the one I had. The flavor is very sweet and very simple containing a lot of hop in the flavor. It ends on a flowery dryness, that pricles the tongue. It is a little thin - no wonder 3.5% ABV.

(Bottle 25 cl) Hazy golden with an off-white head. Vague, citrusy nose. Light-bodied, dry, slightly cardboardish with vague citrus notes - no bitterness. Very thin and lacking personality. 160507

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is earthy, salty, malty and some quite dry hops. Flavour is very grassy, earthy, fruity and also has some hints of yeast. Not a bad saison.

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2007
Bottle, 3.5%. Citric hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour with suspended floaties. Small unstable white head. The flavour is yeasty with a bit of citric hoppiness, slightly aromatic. Thin and watery, but OK thirst-quenching. High carbonation, the flavour improves when some of that is gone.

Golden color; generous head. Light, dry hop aroma. Pretty dry, bitter, but poor character; a light soap flavor.
