3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Blonde voilée, léger dépôt en suspension, effervescence moyenne, col blanc fin. Céréales en entrée, bonne petite amertume en plat principal et notes citronnées en dessert. Et pour ne rien gâcher, elle est très légère!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (250 ml). Slightly hazy yellow with a medium ever lasting white head that leave good lacing. Aroma is herbal with cereals, some floral notes and the shadow of Dupont house yeast. Taste is also herbal with light sweetness, cereals, floral notes and yeast. Light body. Not watery, but just a little more body would help. Moderate carbonation. Light refreshing/quenching beer. Interesting.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
25cl bottle from the "Clip BIO" pack. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is herbal, floral and yeasty. Not quite covering the whole saison spectrum but still good. Reminescent of the regular saison, which might have been expected. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Lots of fresh cereals in the flavor and an herbal finish. Light in taste but still enjoyable. Carbonation is lighter than expected but it doesn’t need to be high with such a light brew anyway. Body is light but it never feels thin. I can see myself crushing a few of these on a hot summer afternoon. Nice!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A light yellow, vivacious beer with a quite big and white head. The nose is quite complex, fresh and inspirating, fruits, spices, tartness, some citrusfruits. Taste is quite strongly tart, some grain with nice fruitsness, lemon. The taste is slightly short as can be imagined. Light bodied, strong carbonation, easy to drink. Quite nice and complex, strongly tart, mild Saison.
