Nearly white color very pale yella. Spicy aroma sweet doughy yeast. Some tartness like a dry white wine. Finish is more like a witbier but it has a sourness to it which is satisfying even if it’s not characteristic of the style, I think it’s the orange peel. A bit watery in the end. Interesting, but far from the best of Dupont.

0.25l bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden body with floating sediment and a thin white head. Aroma of hay, cinnamon, cloves, lemon zest and orange peel. Taste of bread, levaner, orange zest, lemon juice and baker’s yeast. A bit too light, but a correct witbier.

From the 330 ml. bottle. Fizzy yellow pour with moderate clarity. Head lingers. The aroma has a full contingent of Belgian yeast, Belgian bread and toast, the vaguest banana, the vaguest coriander, and grassy hops. The body is light to medium. The taste is semi-sweet with a slight tart and overripe fruit character but I also get a definite pepper maybe sage like spiciness at the finish.

2011 bottle, hazy gold with a white head. Coriander, spice, heavy yeast, earth, and herbs. Smooth palate, florals, candied sugar, dark fruits, orange, Coriander and spice.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours bright golden, filrered, with a medium white head. Aroma of yeasts, light esters, yellow fruits, delicate. Flavour is medium to light sweet with a delicate bitter end and a light fruity sourish note. Light body, watery, light carbonation. No...

Bottle, 250 ml from Bio&Bio store, Zagreb. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Citrus, spices, coriander, yeasty, dry. Thin bodied. Too bland and tasteless for me.

5 Bottled June 30th 2015. Pours a clear straw yellow with, at first, a massive head of foam. Subsequent pours showed a tamer foam presence. I get a lot of oranges and Coriander in the smell. Tastes of oranges and Coriander with a bit of earthiness and quite on the dry side. Good showing for a year old bottle, me thinks. Light bodied with mild carbonation. Another fine beer from Dupont. Love to try a fresher bottle of this.

Bottle. Light orange color. Small short living white head. Aroma of cider and oranges. Reminds me on light lambic. Flavor is mostly orange with some apple and grass notes. Slightly sour. Light body. Some kind of sour finish. Overall: not a classic wit. Reminds me on some mixture between lambic and wit. Not sure if it should be like this or beer is going bad. Actually, interesting.

Very lively. Yellow, hazy, white foam, thick at first but goes fast. Nice taste. Medium sweet and little sour. A bit watery but overall ok beer.

25cl Flasche.
