Bottle. Semi-hazy pale yellow, bug white rocky head, dissipates quickly leaving minor lacings. Aroma is fresh, citrus, wheat, slight yeast, elder flower, slight sweety orange, hay. Taste is citrus, orange, wheat, grain, overall a nice floral show resting on a perfect malty ground. Fairly wattery finish. Light body, soft carbo, smooth texture. Summery!

Bottle. Elegant witbier. Sparkling, almost champagnesque. Notes of elderflowers, pear, orange, grass and thyme. A bit dry. Some yeast notes in the aftertaste.

250ml bottle. Clear pale yellow with one finger white head. Aroma of citrus, spices (mostly cilantro and (white) pepper), yeast and wheat. Initially light citrus taste followed by sweet yeast and wheat with a slight peppery spiciness. Fairly prickly carbonation and a light, smooth mouthfeel.

Orange and citrus on the nose. Sweet and full flavoured with oranges and corianders that are not too strong, but the aftertaste disappears too fast for me to really enjoy it to the fullest. Drinkable though.

Very light, yellow beer with a small white heads. A little bit hazy.

Nose: Citrus, orange, Belgian yeast, apple and goosberry.
Taste: Very light, waterish taste but still good! Refreshing. Citrus, coriander, grass, herbs and sweet malt.
Body: Light body and medium, soft, carbonation.

I think this beer is perfect a warm summer day!

25cl bottle @ Le Pain Quotidien (Ghent). Hazy, yellow-golden beer with no foam at all. Some yeast on the bottom - which seems promising. The citrus mouth is nice. Yet, an almost absent aroma and very weak liquid without carbonation did not do the trick for me.

Lasting thin white foamy head atop a cloudy, sediment filled Amber body. Nose of honey and watercress. Very sweet honey flavour, very gross.
