Hazy golden, small fizzy head. Nose is spicy (menthol & little mint) with melon, yeast and some chalk. Quite malty flavor, alcohol, strong yeast, peppery and minty spiciness. Alcoholic and a tad overly yeasty, but quite alright, different Saison. Can it even be called that?

Another beer that the missus didn’t like, well I quite enjoyed this and it was all to myself. Yellowy amber body, poured a good head but didn’t really last, a little sweet fortunately not too much, hidden alcohol that hit me fairly early, nothing too complex but just drank really well.

750ml bottle at Kaisla Helsinki shared with FatPhil &Anna 080508 color: dark orange bit head Scent.nice sour Taste: sour, fruity, bit herbs, phenols like perfume.. Tasted this first time years ago at One pint. I had good memories about that also. Sometimes my smoking habit destroys my sharp tasting and scent-nosing experience.

Weak and quickly diseappearing white head. Light amber-hazy cloudy colour. Aroma is malty, fruity with apricots, pears and light orange peel notes. Flavor is malty with ripe fruits tones, ending in a balanced fruity finish. Medium bodied.
