75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a tall and white creamy lasting head. Aroma is malty and spiced yeasty. Flavour is soft malty, spiced, yeasty and warming alcohol finish. Classic belgian flavoured. Sadly the yeasty sediments in the bottom of the bottle provides a minor bubblegum note.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
An unclear orange beer with a nice but disappearing white head. The aroma is spicy and extremely yeasty with the characteristic Dupont yeast and besides this the aroma also contains notes of oranges and coriander. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of spices, oranges leading up to a smooth dry end.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUN 10, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Fully golden pilsner-color with a tall and very white head. Full, sweet with a distinguishable streak of the wheat-malt, which adds a typical, soft edge. As a type, I would say it’s a Saison or Tripel - but with wheat. Unusual. Very carbonated. 100503

Warning! Early amateur rating! Crisp palate. Somewhat wheat beer like. But only traces of lemon and orange. Refreshing but hard to pin down beer. 3.5

Opaque amber beer. Light, frothy and fairly dry. Initial bloom of subtle ginger. Then something floral and a trace of orange. Creamy finish with bitterness coming to the fore.

Bottle from the museum it was brewed for. Shared with MrChopin plus 2. Cloudy yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of rising rye bread dough. Taste is rye bread, hay, straw with a sour finish. Interesting.
