Bouteille de 750ml, bouchon de liège 2011. Blonde dorée avec mousse abondante, il y a une forte activité dans le verre. Le nez est fort agréable avec ses notes de levures, de ce qui semble être du blé et des épices. La bouche est agréable, levure, blé, épice en fin de bouche. J’aime beaucoup cette bière.

Cloudy copper colour with a small white head. Yeasty aroma with wheat, vanilla, spices, orange, caramel. Heavily carbonated full body. Very nice yeasty flavour with cereal, spices, and a citrus dry finish.

super frothy head, very classic, and clear(ish) golden colour. aromas of belgian yeast and esters, syrop like yeast or something, hint of lemon. taste is rich yeast like notes, esters again and a vanilla kick. medium to full bodied. very enjoyable brew.

Schmeckt wie ein gehaltvolleres Witbier: Citrus-Orangeade, Hefe, Gewürze, Koriander. Das alles nett komponiert und harmonisch. Recht herbes finish, gelungen!

Bottle pours a hazy gold with a white head. Scent of malts, fruits and spices. Taste is same with yeasty notes.

Bitter smelling light yellow beer with a white head. Smells of lemons and grass. Taste is pretty bitter and light! Also has some grass in the aroma. Mmm

Poured a hazy yellow/orange with a medium sized white head. Aroma is hoppy and yeasty with orange and citrus. Taste is smooth and slightly creamy with a decent amount of hops. Good citrus flavors with some creme. Finish is crisp with some fruity esthers. Very nice.
