Draught. Hazy yellow with a little white cap. Sweet aromas, such as those of an unfermented wort, malty, honey. Little or no hop. Flavour is not that sweet, balanced and well crafted indeed, but lack that hoppy pils character.

On tap @ ZBF 2008 and on pre WBF festival (21.3). 5 % vol. alc. Golden-yellow color with a good white head. Aroma good balance between hops and grainy-malts. Thin to medium body. Taste sweet, very malty, grains, good hops and bitterness in the end.

ZBF 2008. The pour reveals a clear golden color with a medium frothy white head. Good, crisp aroma of pilsener malt with underlying noble hops. The flavor is about crisp pilsener malt and noble hops, it feels fresh, sharp and refreshing, there’s some bitterness in the end. The body is medium with a creamy texture and medium to lively carbonation. In my mind, a pilsener from Dupont could only be interesting and I can say that I wasn’t let down by this excellent brewery.

ZBF2008: From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense white head. Light buttery and malty aroma. Flavour holds butter, light almost honey like note and a mild malt base. Lingering light honey dry and malt finish.
