(bottle - 12 oz) Pale gold pour with a white head. Light hop and grass aroma with some sweetness. Flavor is crisp and lightly sweet. Finishes mild. Really refreshing on a hot day.

Bottle. Super light yellow, but really barely any color at all. Virtually no head at all either -- what little there is fades quickly. This drinks with a fairly simple construct ... light corny malt, but even-keeled ... light lager-ish hop finish. Clean, crisp, no offensive twists. But nothing more, nothing less than a good ol’ American beer.

Transfer from BA review on 3-19-12 - Poured from bottle into pint glass Appearance – Pours a light to medium golden color with a billowy white head that faded very fast leaving little to no lacing. Smell – The smell is mainly corn in nature, with just the slightest bit of citrus. Taste – The taste is very similar to the smell. Mainly semi-sweet corn malt overall, but with a very slight citrus flavor detected at the end, which when mixed with the corn flavor leave a somewhat unpleasant taste in the mouth. Mouthfeel – The mouthfeel is light and somewhat watery with a higher level of carbonation. Overall – Not really a great brew. Nothing about it is all that good and its likely one to pass over in the beer aisle.

Pours straw yellow. Little head, no lacing. Aroma of cereal grains. Tastes, again of cereal grains, very slight bitterness, Light body with moderate carbonization. Finishes a little sugary sweet. Not enough hops to be a pilsner but a little better than TV beers.

Bottle at SoHo, in Pittsburgh. Pours a clear amber colour with a thin white head. Light and watery. Will be easily forgotten.

GREAT BEER A MUST HAVE PITTSBURGH STAPLE. THE BEER TASTES LIKE ICE CREAM ON DRAFT AND MAKES ME WANT ANOTHER. THE LABEL IS VERY CREATIVE AND THE PALATE IS GREAT

Little aroma, cardboard. Clear yellow, headless. Cane sugar, sweet, fusel alcohol. I wasn’t paying attention to the label and mistook it for craft. It happens.

Got this beer from the Black and Gold dist. in Pittsburgh, PA. Decent beer, notoverpowering in anyone area but not what IF would consider bland.

Not too bad for a pilsner but definitely not something I would choose to drink for taste.

Bottle from Total Wine Alexandria. Pours golden with very little head. not much on the nose. Doesn’t leave much lacing in the glass. Has a bit of a corn oil mouth feel. Not getting much hop action on the tongue. It’s pretty bland and inoffensive and not much different than BMC.
