COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our latest limited edition. Evensong fermented with pure cherry juice and bottle-conditioned. Ample maturation time has fused the cherry and Evensong into a brand new creation. This is a natural fruit beer where the fruit is an integral part of the experience. Amarelle is much more subtle because only natural cherry juice is used and is fermented and matured into the beer. Sour cherry flavour blends with the malty fullness of Evensong. Because it is properly fermented, the beer is dry and winey with a deep ruby colour. The artwork is designed by Dan Walls especially for this brew. Bottle Conditioned.

Bottle at Bruce’s pad, thanks to J-Dawg, 16/01/14. Murky chestnut brown with a moderate light beige covering that thins then retains. Nose is mixed fruit sherbet, light toffee fudge, woody notes, strawberry milkshake a la Nesquick powder. Taste comprises blackcurrants, berry fruit tang, strawberry smoothie, mashed up fruit blend. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweetish closure. Decent enough offering, good stuff for the style, well balanced fruit blend.

maneliquor (2995) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 17, 2014
Bottle from Kris Wines shared at Bruce’s pad. Pours clear dark brown with a faint beige head. Nose is very doughy and honey forward with a nice kick of tarty cherries and sweet raspberry. Taste is more juicy and tarty with cranberries and cherries the focus. Quite sweet and ripe but works well with the balancing tart. A touch sugary. Solid drop
