COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional.
A complex background with six different malts. This is a round and satisfying bitter that is balanced with Liberty hops for aroma. Light chestnut in color. A traditional Northern beer with complex and interesting malt flavours.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2007 1. Cask Handpump at the Bar Fringe, Manchester 23/04/2005 Mid brown amber colour and slightly hazy in appearance. Nutty finish with some bitterness and roast. ABV 4.3% 2. Cask Handpump at the Font Bar, Manchester 08/07/2007 Floral aroma. Copper mid brown coloured and hoppy with some bitterness and dryness in a crisp full roast and caramel malt finish. ABV 4.3%

Cask Conditioned at Blind Jacks, Knaresborough, Yorks. A brown red beer with a whopping malt flavour. Grainy, grassy flavours and lightly hopped. Quite pleasant and the pub is great.
