Bottle. Something wrong with this one. Tastes and smells strange. Still decent though, will buy another because the place where I get from is reputable. Nicely floral and slightly bitter finish. Nice, just need to try again.

A Mes rate: bottle from the Bottle Stop.
Pale yellow gold, huge white head settled quickly to a lasting quater inch of white foam. Lovely floral stuff, superbly dry, excellent bitterness in the finish. Could be utterly superb but this bottle has a very slight infection. Not enough to really spoil it but it’s clearly being held back. Need to try this again.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
courtesy of Toni Flükiger - hazy golden-orange colour, little firm and persistent pale beige foam; fairly hoppy flowery nose, creamy mouthfeel, medium-bodied and with a light astringence; a pronounced bitterness introduces a dry fruity and bitter, long hoppy finish

Bottle conditioned at Cockney Pub, Århus
Hazy golden color, with a persistent perlage that keeps an irregular half centimeter of thick foam. It has a very good aroma, typical of good English Golden Ales, with hops (quite grassy) and some fruity touch. Medium-light body, dry mouthfeel (mainly because of the strong bitterness), with some dry toffee flavor; the hop has a grassy character; as said, the bitterness is very high, and therefore the final long. Extremely bitter for the style, maybe unbalanced, but pleasant.

Dark gold with a white head. Piney hop aroma and taste. I struggled to find much more. Some citrus perhaps. Don’t really like it.

Huge foam head. Blonde hue. Bottle conditioned. Yeast particles present.Yeasty nose. Light body. Complex hops and malt taste and strength belies the thin body. Delightful malt mouthfeel. Lively long hop aftertaste. Some dryness in the finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle @ BJCP tasting. Copper yellow. A very big pine / lemon aroma. Slightly cloudy from the bottle conditioning, hoppy and bitter, almost eucalyptus. Good fluffy head. Nice.
