Cask at volo. Not terribly impressed with this one. Finding hops pretty muted. Some sweeter backing, maybe a bit nutty. Cask delivers nice creamymouhfeel and pour is slightly cloudy.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 ontbeermaker (1406) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 1, 2011
Cask at volo, pour was cloudy, prob the yeast from the cask. Taste was very interesting. Not too much like an IPA, almost like a belgian IPA or something. it was very belgian like with some hops but I really enjoyed the taste of this one. good offering

I triued this beer on tap on February 10, 2011 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a white foamy head that sticks to the sides of the glass. The aroma was mild floral hops, grains, and dishsoap. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was citrusy hops, and grainy malt.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 neuromatt (610) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2010
Cask at C’est What in Toronto, served in an English pint glass. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. The head fades quickly to a bare cover but leaves copious amounts of fine lace on the glass. On the nose, there are big aromas of citrus and biscuit, along with resin and flowers. The flavour starts out slightly sweet but soon acquires a moderate-heavy resinous hop bitterness that persists to the end. The finish is average in length, soft and hoppy. On the palate, it is medium in body with a smooth, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a very nice cask IPA. It presents a beautiful aroma of fresh, resinous hops and flowers. The hops are a bit soft and subtle. 2010-10-08
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 cfrancis (1361) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 2, 2010
Cask at Oktoberfest. Pours a slight amber yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is piney hop and mild citrus. Taste is a smooth hop bitterness that isn’t overpowering. Some piney hop flavours and slight citrus in the aftertaste. Great beer.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Lubiere (6988) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 22, 2010
A lightly hazed golden IPA with a very thin white head. In aroma, pleasant floral hops, with light berry notes and a bit of meaty notes. In mouth, a nice herbaceous floral hops with some grapefruits, a bit light on the malt side, but very decent. On tap at C’est What, August 7 2010.

Cask at C’est What 2010 Spring Festival. Pours a murky golden colour with well retained white head. Hops have that pine infused west coast smell. Roasted malt in there as well. Excellent balance between malt and hops is evident. Finishes pleasingly. Very good.
