LIght amber colour with a cloudy off-white head. Rich caramel malt aroma, some spice and citrus hops. Flavour is similar, well balanced and with a nicely bitter finish. Simple but good.

Amber body with a decent sized white head. Flavour is surprisingly hoppy, not a lot but more than I anticipated from this one. Well balanced hops and malt with some fruity notes. Quite nice.

Clear & vibrant golden colour. Aroma is hoppy and slightly smoky. Flavour is really well balanced, with a nice hop profile in the finish. Nothing unique, simply a very well done session ale.
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Sammy (7034) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 28, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 20, 2004 Very light drinkable British style ale. Very litle foam and nice dark yellow. A bit of a bite with a bit of bitter aftertaste.. But quite pleasant. Best on cask at Smokelss Joes, a 3.5 over the bottled 3 as more hop.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Gorbalev (2823) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 19, 2004
On tap (cask), Blue Meaney, Toronto. Nice copper colour, with small head. Expected hoppy aroma for the style, but not overpowering. Taste is a good balance of malts and hops, with a slight bitter finish, although again, not overpowering. A good, drinkable, enjoyable pint.

Coppery color with a mild but adequate head. Nice bit of hops in the aroma. Very smooth and lingers well on the palate.

Deliciously enticing smoked toffee apples bathing in butter pools...The lusciously thick aroma is betrayed though by the thinner-than-announced mouthfeel...The tranquilizing citrusy hops mingle with caramel and peach syrup to create great sweet/bitter, assertive/subtle equilibriums...I think I'll go smell the bottle a bit...Hurray for CapFlu!...

(Bottle) Pour a thin, white, quick dissipating head and a light copper body. Pleasant aroma of hops. Great hoppy flavour. Finishes ever so lightly bitter. Nice
